PENGUMUMAN

UJIAN ADVOKAT ASING 2014 GELOMBANG II

 

Berdasarkan ketentuan dari Pasal 23 ayat (2) Undang-undang Advokat yang berbunyi “Kantor Advokat dapat memperkerjakan Advokat Asing sebagai karyawan atau tenaga ahli dalam bidang hukum asing atas izin Pemerintah dengan rekomendasi Organisasi Advokat”. maka Dewan Pimpinan Nasional (DPN PERADI) akan mengadakan Ujian Advokat Asing untuk mendapatkan surat rekomendasi bagi Advokat Asing yang berkerja di kantor Advokat yang berada diwilayah NKRI, yang akan diadakan  pada Bulan Agustus 2014. Tanggal pendaftaran, tutorial (pendidikan) dan ujian akan kami informasikan kemudian.

ANNOUNCEMENT

2^nd PERIOD EXAMINATION FOR FOREIGN ADVOCATE

 

Based on the condition of article 23 section (2) of the advocate law which reads, “An Advocate’s office may employ a foreign Advocate as an employee or an expert in foreign law based upon a permit issued by the government upon the recommendation of the Bar Association” therefore the National Board of Indonesian Advocate Association (DPN PERADI) will hold the examination for foreign advocates in order to get the recommendation letter for foreign advocates that works in an advocate’s office that are in the region of Indonesian Republic, the examination will be held onAugust 2014. Registration, tutorial (training) and examination will be informed later.
